Infosys's Campus Connect programme at Dr. Paul Raj Engineering College, which was inaugurated in 2004, has introduced its own courseware within the existing curriculum, a 14-week capsule helping fresh recruits to be 'industry ready'. Similar programmes introduced by other software giants ensure that even the non-IT students completing the capsule are eligible for IT jobs.
